We recently stayed at this fantastic Vrbo rental, and it exceeded all our expectations! Just a short walk from the beach, it was the ideal location for our family vacation. The convenience of being so close to the shore allowed us to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and ocean breeze. The rental was clean, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The surrounding area is vibrant, with dozens of local restaurants offering a variety of delicious dining options. We loved exploring the local entertainment scene, which kept the whole family engaged and entertained throughout the stay.

Cute beach getaway

Perfect spot just a short walk to the beach. Everything you need for a day on the beach was included. Very clean with nice furnishings. We loved our stay and would love to go back next year.

Great location

This townhouse is perfectly located within walking distance to the beach. We had a family of four- 2 adults and two small children. The children loved playing in the open area in the backyard, chasing lizards and hearing the Gecko’s in the morning. We were able to walk to the beach without a single, “I’m tired!, This is too long!, ARE WE THERE YET?!” I would recommend this townhouse to everyone and am looking forward to our next stay!

Renovation Gone Wrong

On our initial tour, we were pleased—the condo wasn’t fancy but was extremely clean. Unfortunately, things quickly took a turn. When using the upstairs bathroom sink or shower, a horrible odor emerged. The management company sent a handyman that night, but all he did was pour vinegar and baking soda down the drain. The stench was so bad my son refused to shower. The next day, a plumber discovered the condo lacked a P-Trap, a 15 part essential for preventing odors. Meaning, the smell wasn’t going away.We asked to be moved, but they claimed all other units were booked and repeatedly suggested we cut our trip short. I told them, “I drove 1,100 miles for the condo I was promised, not one that smells worse than a port-a-potty.” They sent another plumber to power blast the pipes, which briefly improved the odor before it returned in full force. Then, they stopped communicating altogether. I contacted VRBO, who negotiated a one-night refund—far from enough for what we endured. If they cut corners on a 15 P-trap, one has to wonder, where else did they cut corners?
