Family Vacation

This condo was clean and had everything we needed since we came from out of the country. We loved that it was close to the beach and had an on site pool and hot tub for all of us to enjoy. It was a great spot for a family vacation.

This place is in very convenient location. It's clean and has everything you might need for a short stay. Plenty od parking , Clean pool. I will definitely return.

Great location

My husband and I stayed here while our daughter attended a camp at Florida Tech. Pros; clean, great location (beach, Publix), quiet, laundry inside of the apartment, Keurig with plenty of K cupsIt is an older property, main lights didn’t work in master, fan was scary wobbly in other bedroom. The freezer needs an ice tray. We would stay here again.

Spacious, comfortable accommodation

This property is excellent, spotlessly clean, everything is fresh. Both bedrooms are spacious, there was no arguments over who got which room with both having more than enough storage space and a full bathroom. Location was excellent, literally 5mins from the beach, view from the balcony onto the pond was super relaxing. Only thing I would recommend owner does is put a number on the door of the property, arriving late at night was fairly confusing over which door was the correct one.

Not what we expected

When we walked in the first thing we noticed was that someone before us was smoking in this property. Many other issues that needed attention. Overall not terrible, manager offered to move us to another property nearby but we declined. The bed was very low and close to the floor. Sofa was hard and uncomfortable. I’ll ask many more questions before I rent again from Vrbo.

The unit was basic. There were no dressers or shelves for clothes. TV was small and it just seemed to be the basics.

Perfect beachside stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is in a very nice, quiet complex, and is in the perfect location for enjoying everything that Indian Harbour Beach and Melbourne have to offer. It was an easy drive or walk to some great restaurants and lots of shopping. There was a nice grocery store just minutes away. The unit itself was very clean which is very important. You can tell that the owners and property manager take great pride in providing a nice place to stay. The communication with the property manager was excellent. They made the check in and check out process so easy, there was a secure lock on the door with a unique code set just for us and the property manager was quick to respond to any of our questions. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. We had no issues with anything. We look forward to being able to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everyone we encountered weather staying short term or who lived there was very nice. The property was very clean. The only suggestions I could give would be a bit more living room furniture especially as it says it sleeps 6, but there is no way 2 adults could sleep in the futon in the living room. My daughter slept on it, but it was not comfortable even for just her. The kitchen could use some mixing bowls and a strainer, and can opener. Overall was very very nice and we would stay again!’ It was very close to the beach and stores! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub!!

Does not sleep 6!!

This two bedroom condo has queen beds in each. That's it!! There is a very uncomfortable couch in the living room that would hardly accommodate a child.There was no hot water in one bathroom. Kitchen furniture chairs are about as flimsy and cheap as they come. The only real furniture in the living room is the sofa - no other chairs except on the patio. While the apartment appeared clean, my feet were particularly dirty after walking inside for a short period of time. Ants in the kitchen! They were all over the kitchen counters. Best thing about the condo was the location, but I definitely would not come back.
