We loved our stay. House was clean. Hot tub was awesome. Large backyard for our pups. Plenty of towels!! We will book again.

Nice location. Nice screened in back porch. Plenty of space for me. Quiet neighborhood. Responsive host. Did not use hot tub. Family friendly. Multiply kitchen utensils. Excellent information on area and on checking in and out procedures. Cute decorations. Generally clean, a few sticky spots on floor from food residue (candy?)in master bedroom and counter tops seemed a little sticky. Area under beds need cleaning (dust bunnies and pet hair).

Cozy 3br across from awesome park

We love this area and house was in a great location. Beth resolved any small issues we had right away. We enjoyed our time, plenty of places to go and to eat.

Great Stay in a Great Neighborhood

Our family came down for a softball tournament and had all the comforts of home. We loved the location, the charming details, and the communication with Beth. We will definitely stay again for softball and will recommend to other families as well. Thank you, Beth!

Beautiful homey accommodations!

The Turtle Nest was awesome! Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable. Directly across the street from a park that was enjoyed by all of us ranging in age from 3-65! Loved the close proximity to parks and various beaches!! Also conveniently located near stores for groceries and other needed items. Highly recommend!!

Great location with young kids

Being right across form Gleason Park was key for our family. Utilized the playground for our 3 & 5 yr old everyday! Beth was responsive and the home was ideal for a week of touring around the Melbourne Beach communities. Thanks for having us!

Comfortable home

My daughter and I needed a quick place to stay during the aftermath of the hurricane. The process of booking and fees associated changed and were difficult to confirm. The home was nice and well decorated but seemed to have some needs to be addressed. There were ants and lots of flys in the home. The main bedroom bed seemed to be broken or not put together well. The neighbors dogs bark constantly while you are outside and they are not very friendly. We brought our 4 dogs and were blamed for a small fence issue on the neighbors side. Seemed very picky and unreasonable. Overall this was acceptable for what we needed and grateful to have somewhere to stay but I would not book again. The street is very busy and honestly the price is too high for what you get. The master shower is tiny. The park across the street is nice but not very close to the beach.

Wonderful little property, expertly managed

We had a great time. The house is as advertised. Really nicely updated, very comfortable for our four adults. The living room and porch were very comfortable places to gather, chat and enjoy Florida weather. Since the porch is on the north side of the house it's bright without being sunbaked and hot. The hot tub was very comfortable and well maintained. I don't recall anything that did not work in the house. Beth was great; quickly responsive, very accommodative and a pleasure to interact with. I rent a lot of VRBO properties and wish all the places I have rented were as well maintained, stocked and managed. Go ahead, you won't be sorry.

Excellent stay at a wonderful VRBO

The property was amazing and as depicted in the listing. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is great - right across the street from a beautiful park with a pool. Beth the manager was incredible. From the moment we booked the VRBO she contacted me right away with a welcome pack with check in instructions. Throughout our stay she provided helpful information on the area with recommendations of restaurants and activities. She truly was the best host we have ever had. Thank you Beth for everything you did for us! Definitely will return!

Pet friendly beach ranch great neighborhood

We decided on a last minute trip with our dog and this property had all I wanted…comfortable 3 bedrooms, one mile from the beach, great neighborhood (mixed - from mansions to small houses), many things to do around, 16 min from Wonderful Cocoa Beach. Good food around. The best part is coming home to a warm and clean hot tub. The park across the street is phenomenal and the community pool is clean, friendly and literally across the street! You pay a small cash fee for the day. The park it is also great for dog walks, exercise, bike riding, etc. If you have kids and/or pets this house has everything you need. It is small enough to keep it clean daily and big enough for 4 of us. Kitchen is well equipped We loved making cappuccinos! They have enough towels, sheets. Appliances work good. We definitely recommend! We didn’t have much luck with beach weather and Beth kindly let us check out late because our last day was sunny! I can’t forget to mention that they have a beautiful chic decor, totally renovated and very very CLEAN! We really enjoyed our stay and our pooch felt at home 🥰 The only thing I missed was my beach chair…they provide very small ones but it is easy to rent or buy them.

A turtle treasure and vacation pleasure!!!

Beautifully decorated home in a quiet neighborhood near great restaurants, parks, beaches, and short drive to Kennedy Space Center. After each full day of fun in the sun, it was great to be able to unwind in the hot tub and on the sun porch or take a quiet stroll across the road at the neighboring park. Our only regret was having to leave and go back to the real world. Highly recommend this lovely VBRO.
