Indian Oaks hotels in Seneca

"The pool was not open even though it was 73 degrees outside.My biggest complaint is the first night their were people screaming yelling and slapping sounds.Aparently they were enjoying themselves but at the expense of others.Then the second night I a man was singing to the top of his lungs at 2:00am.The hotel staff just called and said their was a noise complaint.I was there for work and it was not a pleasant stay."

"Spacious room. Well furnished and comfortable bed. New and fresh decor. Bath features great. Good craftsmanship evident in finish work in room. Will book for return trip. “J” helpful at reception. Fair pro."

"Check-in was horrible. We waited almost 20 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. We used the call system they had to alert them that we were there. We were exhausted from traveling and the person checking us in didn’t seem to have it together. Our room floor had not been swept or mopped. We actually asked for an extra sheet set and we changed them out, because we felt like they had just remade the bed. The hallways smelled of pot really bad also. We will not stay there again. "
