“We really enjoyed our stay! Great communication with the host. The older home was decorated nicely with modern touches. It was clean and had everything we needed. Molly thought of all the details, including a nice coffee bar, water bottles and ice, and a well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. We were ahooy it was a pet friendly place as well.We were in the area to attend a concert in Johnstown, and it was just a 20 minute easy drive. Lots of great restaurant choices in Johnstown as well.”

“Allen was an outstanding host. The rental was very clean and was in an incredibly safe neighborhood. We had no issues with our hot water and the check in process was a breeze. Parking was private and the apartment was temperature controlled well. Our very minor grievance would be upon arrival we were slightly confused as to what apartment number we were to be staying in but it did not affect our reflection of the stay as we quickly figured it out.”

“On the day of check in the host cancelled our reservation/had double booked the property. We had corresponded several times about the stay in the time since I made the reservation (6 months prior). He blamed Vrbo, but IMHO he should have known/ kept track of his bookings. Vrbo immediately refunded the fees, and partially covered the extra expenses incurred to book a hotel at the last minute. So yay to Vrbo.”
