Easy quick overnight stay. Enjoyed the breakfast. Room was decent even though housekeeping did not finish making the bed. Definitely gonna make use of it in the future. Wish it was a little less expensive.

When my family and I arrived, the service was horrible. Our bathroom was dirty with old, used washcloths hanging from the shower. We couldn't change our room due to the rooms being full. When we asked for house keeping to remove the dirty clothes and clean bathroom we was told no one was available.

The rooms are small, the long length mirror is on a wall that is beside the bed that you can’t use. The pool was closed. Not just closed but drained empty. It was advertised there’s a pool. So need to say my grandson was very disappointed as well as myself. There was a front desk that was wonderful. However she was having to run the breakfast buffet, kitchen area and the front desk. Which was very crazy. How can you cook and run to the desk at the same time! The hotel was booked full and had 2 wedding parties booked there plus guests! Should have been staffed better.

The room and hotel were clean overall, and the staff was pleasant. The only issues during our stay were that another guest’s door kept slamming shut throughout the night, which was pretty disruptive, and the bathroom caulking looked a bit grimy and could use better cleaning or maintenance. Other than that, the stay was decent.

The room I stayed in had a small bathroom. Specifically the toilet was uncomfortable to use because of where the TP holder was placed. This is my only critique because the beds were very comfortable. We loved the fact the room shades can be pulled down to make the room completely dark and this is great for full rest.

The hotel had a very unfriendly vibe to it. There was hardly ample parking for as busy as it was. The hotel is very close to a busy highway, and it was as if there was no insulation at all. You could hear everything going on outside as well as in the hallways. You could hear the occupant next to you sneezing and every little thing said in the hallway at 6 AM seemed very loud. Although the staff was incredibly friendly, they had a difficult time checking us in. They had an issue finding our reservations and it ended up taking them a good 15 to 20 minutes for us to get into our room due to no fault of our own. The pool was under repair. The only way to get from the stairs to the back parking lot was walking through this pool area which included stepping over hoses tools, and a generally unsafe environment. There was a very odd smell in the hotel room, and I never felt like it was overly clean. There were also gnats in the room after check-in. Overall, the condition of the room was very modern, but had a lot of issues and small repairs. There was duct tape on some of the furniture, and there were some broken pieces of furniture which kept catching our clothes as we walked by as well. The bathroom in our room was also incredibly small. I had to actually step into the shower in order to close the door so I can use the bathroom. I am not a large person and anybody bigger than me certainly won’t be able to use it. We do not plan on staying here again.

The air conditioning was noisier than hoped for. Fortunately the weather was cool so I was able to cool the room down by just running the fan on the unit. Otherwise the noise would have been difficult to "deal with".
