“Entire lobby is torn up. Undergoing major construction. Hotel should have made this clear when booking. Staff was very polite and professional on the plus side. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was par for the course.”

“The king room was clean and large. It wasn’t anything out of the ordinary but it was a great location and one of the lowest prices for downtown. Enter/exit on the Maryland street side and park in the plaza garage across the street for $35/day. Also use that entrance for a shorter walk to gainbridge.”

“The staff was 5 star. The rooms need updating. Bed was uncomfortably soft. Bath fan does not shut off. Furniture dated. Annoying alarm noise on roof outside 8th floor window.”

“While checking in I told them I was with someone with mobility issues and yet the room was all the way on the opposite side of the property but the room furthest from the elevator. Only after asking a random staff member if there was someone that could help that I was told to go find the security office and get a wheelchair to use. I counted over 1200 steps from front desk to the room. I had to take several time to get the two suitcases and then to put the wheelchair the distance and up two……
