The hotel is clean and comfortable The odd thing for me is that I never saw an employee. I checked in and out thru a kiosk.

Best Western Plus Indianapolis NW Hotel
Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was great and beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable!

The Argyle on Mass Ave
Room was clean, beds were clean, bathroom was clean. The only issue was the heat. The furnace would only stay lit for about 5 seconds (you could clearly hear and see the ignition and flames) and the room never got warmer than 62 degrees, no matter what the thermostat setting. It just felt cold.
