"The room was great"

"A little gem at a very reasonable price. Large, clean, quiet and very well equipped rooms with stove, fridge and microwave. Large comfortable bed with clean sheets. Great location for Brenham, Burton, Roundtop and vicinity. Simple breakfast is just toast, cereal, muffins and fruit but it’s included in the price. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area. "

"We were staying for our wedding, and had a mix up with thinking we booked through Thursday and we accidentally only booked through Wednesday. Staff was able to find a room directly across from where we were staying to make moving rooms as easy as possibly. This made our wedding much less stressful. "

"The accommodations were great. The host were gracious. A lovely B&B in a beautiful location. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. We found as an aging couple that the room that we were in was not accommodating to us (even though it was on the first floor) i.e. toilet height and size bathroom sink."

"Front desk staff was great at giving us great dining ideas! Very friendly! Originally they put us in a smoking room, and did not have another King room available so we had to stay in a Queen room. "
