Peaceful location, great breakfast!

Very nice wellness hotell! Meal packages with large buffe available. Very nice breakfast. Good parking (free) smaller spot in front of hotel, lager area a short walk away. Small village, not much else around, did not see a shop.. Very peaceful and quiet. Did not have time for spa area, business trip.. Very large room supernice bathroom! Good sitting area for work. Highly recommemded! Late check out possible at a EUR 10,-/hour agreed rate, if availability. No minibar in room.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schön, familiär geführt und sauber. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf ein angenehmes Ambiente gelegt wird. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die uns persönlich nicht so zugesagt haben. Die Zimmer wurden bspw. nur auf Nachfrage gereinigt, inklusive der Leerung der Mülleimer. Auch der Handtuchwechsel erfolgte ausschließlich auf Anfrage, was wir für ein Wellnesshotel eher unpraktisch fanden. Der Poolbereich ist zwar sehr schön gestaltet, jedoch recht klein. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren Kinder vor Ort, wodurch eine Art „Spaßbad-Atmosphäre“ entstand (lautstärkentechnisch). Für uns, die gezielt Entspannung gesucht haben, war das leider störend. Der Ruhebereich ist wirklich gelungen, allerdings auch konsequent ruhig – Unterhaltungen sind dort nicht erwünscht (was ja auch absolut in Ordnung ist). Allerdings musste man sich somit zwischen einem lebhaften Poolbereich mit Gesprächsmöglichkeiten oder einem sehr ruhigen Bereich ohne Austausch entscheiden. Das Abendbuffet war qualitativ sehr lecker, jedoch in der Auswahl recht überschaubar. Insgesamt vergeben wir 3 von 5 Sternen, da der Aufenthalt leider nicht ganz dem entspannenden Wellnessurlaub entsprach, den wir uns erhofft hatten.

Freundlicher Empfang und freundlicher Service. Allein das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis vom kleinen Salatteller (Portion interpretierte initial als einen „Gruß aus der Küche“ wobei dies dann tatsächlich die kleine Portion mit Berechnung von > 6 € gewesen ist). Bitte Preis-Leistung nochmals überdenken. Ansonsten alles fein und wirklich empfehlenswert!

Leider mussten wir im Hotel feststellen, dass wir über Expedia einen vollkommen überteuerten Preis gezahlt hatten. 650€ für 3 Übernachtungen mit Frühstück, was über das Hotel günstiger und mit HP angeboten wurde. Am ersten Morgen verzichteten wir auf die Reinigung des Zimmers. Das Personal der Reinigung kam die restlichen Tage auch nicht…Am Tag der Ankunft eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer, kein Handtuchwechsel, kein Obst…. Die Wellnessanlage super, leider vollkommen überfüllt, im Ruhebereich eher unruhig. Im Restaurant die Tische sehr nah aneinander. Am Abreisetag ab 10 Uhr lange Wartezeiten an der Rezeption. Preisleistung nicht optimal.

Modernes nettes Hotel.Alles tip top sauber und gepflegt.Im Niemandsland gelegen,aber dafür sehr ruhig.Frühstück erst ab 7:00 Uhr möglich. Zimmereinrichtung hat über 3 Tage nicht stattgefunden ohne Rücksprache,das sollte in einem Hotel dieser Klasse selbstverständlich sein.Die mMatratze war sehr weich aber keinesfalls durchgelegen.Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden.

Kurzaufenthalt mit positivem Eindruck

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption sowie im Restaurant. Sehr schöne Zimmer für diesen Preis. Leider war das Bett bzw. die Matratze sowie die Kissen nicht sehr komfortabel. Ein schöner Wellnessbereich.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in gepflegtem Ambiente. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit frischen Säften. Das Abendessen sowohl a la carte als auch das Buffet sehr gut. Großzügige Zimmer, sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und gut gelaunt.

Der Aufenthalt hier im Hotel, war für mich sehr enttäuschend. Angefangen vom Betreten des Hotels, wo kein Personal an der Rezeption war, ich ewig lange da allein und verlassen stand, auf mich aufmerksam machte und dennoch keiner für Ewigkeiten kam.Ganz traurig! Mein Zimmer war mit Ausblick auf eine Hauswand, über dem Zugang zur Küche, wo ab ca. 6 Uhr Anlieferungen erfolgten, Müllcontainer geschoben wurden, Angestellte lauthals sich unterhielten, lachten und das ging so, fortan, bis spät, in den Abend. Da sassen dann die Angestellten dort, telefonierten lauthals in russischer Sprache und ignorierten, dass da Gäste ihre Zimmer haben, vielleicht ihre Ruhe wollen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war bestückt mit billigen Discounter- Brötchen, Discounter- Wurst und Käse. Jeden Tag, auf's Neue, war nicht ein gekochtes Ei ab ca.8:30 Uhr in der Schale, wo eigentlich die gekochten Eier liegen sollten. Auf Nachfrage, beim Personal, bekommt der Gast die Antwort, " ich muss Tische abräumen, um Eier kann ich mich nicht kümmern"! Auch, unglaublich. An der Saftpresse, stehen lieblos, geschnippelte Möhrenstücke in Schalen. Es machte den Eindruck, als wäre das Tierfutter. Absolut eine lieblose Darbietung. Ebenso, wie daneben, billiger trockener Kuchen, der auch vom Discounter schien. Im Bad hingen Handtücher, die so ausgefranst waren, dass der Gast denken muss, die stammen noch von Gründungszeiten des Hotels. Weder ein Bademantel, noch eine Badetasche, da. Alles pure Katastrophe!

Helt gennemført dejligt hotel med meget god service ekstremt skønne værelser. Helt fantastisk mad til meget billige priser. Kan kun anbefales og ligger ca 15 min fra A9
