Awesome new adventure

This was a first for us staying in a "tent". The grounds were truly beautiful and the "tent" was extremely comfortable and lovely. While we were not on vacation, it was very relaxing. We liked it so much we booked it again on our next trip into town!

Great vacation spot!

Extremely nice stay! Plenty of space and privacy. We also loved the fenced in area for our pup to run around plus the fire pit and hot tub was great to hang out at night! Would love to come back in the summer to swim/kayak in the lake.

Perfect distance to get away from Austin for the weekend. Loved the recommendations made by the hosts for food in the nearby town. Grape Juice is a great stop! Loved the quietness of the area too

Luxury Glamping

Basecamp is luxury Glamping ! We had everything we could need at this beautifully designed tent/cabin. The property is very pretty. The river access was awesome. Our dogs were able to join us on this vacation and they had a blast! The doggie yard is very nice and their favorite part was playing in the river.

Getaway for locals

We are local to the area & found this Glamping gem last minute for a close weekend trip. Who knew this beautiful little spot was less than 30 mins from home. We took our two dogs- who I think enjoyed their time & the views just as much as we did.! The weather was perfect, so the temperature of our tent was as well. We enjoyed our time outside as well as inside. Our tent had everything we needed & then some. We are already making plans to come back as well as our extended family who we know would love it as much as we did. Until next time.!

Everything was wonderful, super cute and clean, well appointed. Loved the pond and kayaks, and the easy access to the river. The only thing we were missing was a dining table for more than two. Otherwise great!

Awesome!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much. The tent is beautiful furnished and very comfortable. We loved having coffee on the porch each morning and a glass of wine in the hot tub each night. The location is peaceful and quiet. The afternoons were pretty warm in July, but we bought a big fan to push more air and hit the town for a couple of hours during the hottest part of the day. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a fun week!

Stayed here over 4th of July weekend for camp pickup. Have stayed in other places in prior years, however, these were far better. They’re private and great for a family, but would have also been great for a weekend getaway. Finishes in the cabins are excellent. Bathroom was great with shower/tub, kitchenette was great with microwave, sink, and refrigerator. Access to the lake and kayak and paddle boards was great. Also enjoyed the private access to the Guadalupe. Will stay here again.

Upon arriving at Marymeade and getting our first view of our weekend getaway we were instantly taken aback how relaxing and thoughtful the accommodations were! The tent sits nested midway up a hill overlooking a beautiful lake with patio facing the water to allow you a great place to start your day with a cup of coffee, or end it with a glass of wine! Next to the tent is a great private yard fully fenced in which includes a hot-tub, gas grill and seating for 4. Whether you want to grill out, relax in a hot-tub after a long day, or just need a place to hang out with your four legged family members outside you'll love this yard. Once you make it inside you will be blown away by how homey they have managed to make the space feel. Every piece of furniture is comfortable and well placed, the art on the walls is fitting and interesting, and the bed is incredibly comfortable! Somehow they have managed to take the concept of a tent to the next level with blazing fast WiFi, television, a kitchenette and an amazing bathroom complete with a bath/shower combo! The devil is truly in the details though as you will find glassware, plates, coffee mugs, ice in the freezer and common kitchen necessities that people forget like olive oil, aluminum foil and even basic seasonings. The accommodations alone make the stay well worth the money and would have brought us back, however the nearby lake and river took the trip to another level. We fished, we paddle-boarded, we relaxed in the water with a drink to avoid the heat. If you come to Basecamp and don't take advantage of these amazing natural features then you are missing out on a large part of what makes the property unique! Can't recommend highly enough to those wanting to get away from it all and truly relax!
