Clean room, great made-to-order breakfast and very helpful and attentive staff. We had a few issues during out stay in Inverness with our tour being cancelled, and the hotel staff was amazing in helping us figure out a way around it and providing tips.

Such a quaint family run small hotel right in the old part of Inverness. Walking distance to the bus and train station. Ian, the proprietor was so nice offering directions. And the breakfasts were delicious!

We loved the personal touch and family feel. Iian was so welcoming and helpful and such a nice man. The room was very clean including the bathroom I would highly recommend staying when in Inverness.

The location was excellent for visiting the churches, the train and bus stations, and local bars with music. This is a small, family run hotel and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast food choices and quality each morning.

Centrally located, and steps away from the railway and bus stations. River ness and the beautiful bridges over it are just behind the hotel. Hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast is phenomenal. Staff very courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

The location is brilliant - close to the river and the train station as well as the Victorian Market and all the restaurants & shops. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. There are lots of options for breakfast and my choice was cooked to perfection. Iain was very welcoming and helpful. I'd highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay recently at MacDougall Clansman Hotel. Iain and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel and rooms were immaculate and had all the necessary amenities. There was a heatwave happening and they were able to provide a room fan to help keep me comfortable. The location was central to all the main sights and was extremely walkable which was super convenient. The inclusion of fresh breakfast in the morning was a standout feature and fuelled me for the day of sightseeing. I cannot recommend MacDougall Clansman Hotel enough for anyone planning a trip to Inverness.

I stayed here during a three-day tour of the Scottish Highlands, with Inverness as my base. The hotel is very well located, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast normally starts at 8:00 am, but since my tour left at 7:30 am, the team was extremely kind and arranged an earlier breakfast for me. I really appreciated their flexibility and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel.

Tout était parfait. Un accueil chaleureux et très attentionné, on a ressenti la volonté de satisfaire les clients. Un petit hôtel avec un fabuleux petit déjeuner. La chambre était très propre.
