Iowa Falls Family Hotel

"Very friendly staff and the room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was very good with a decent variety by hotel standards. The exterior looks a bit dated but the rooms are great. Good value for the money. "

"This was our first time at this location. This hotel met the standards I was expecting for a Holiday Inn Express. The check in gal was nice and friendly. It was easy to check in. When we left it was a different gal, but also nice and friendly. Location was 5 minutes from where we needed to be that evening."

"There is a very cozy feel to this hotel. I actually prefer that to a more modern hotel. The pool and hot tub was working and fantastic after way too many miles in a car. The room was clean and very well maintained. I would have no problem staying there again. "

"The staff was great. The room as clean except tub peeling off a layer of paint. Got a non smoking room which was right next door to a smoking room so you could smell smoke when neighbors smoked especially when they smoked in the hallway plus hallway full of the smell of marijuana from neighbors smoking in their room. I suggest putting your non smoking rooms on separate floors. The walls are thin and heard every word the neighbors said. I"
