"Cleanand functional. AC, kettle, small table and chair, TV (I did not use); no luxury but everything you need if you just need a comfortable bed and a shower in a quiet location. I would come back anytime."

"We were sent to have fantastic local food at local area, superb. Although the hotel is not surrounded by examples like itself- Bedrock is very comfortable. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. If I was to make one hint, to have more Western options at breakfast like fruit and yogurt. Debbie and Mr Lee were great hosts who will no doubt help in any way"

"I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. The amenities, including the pool and gym room were top-notch. The location was also great, offering easy access to local attractions. "A high quality hotel but unfortuantely when we requested for extra 2 pillows, we were given 2 pillows which has wrinkle pillow cases and smells awful. When we brought the pillows down to the receptionist, we were told to bring it back to our room and a dosmetic will bring us another pair of pillows. I think its unacceptable and felt that the receptionist should at least take the dirty pillows from me instead of asking me to bring the smelly pillows back to my room. Also not a word of apolgies from the receptionist."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ipoh Hotel Santorini! Highlights: • The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Special thanks to the young Indian lady at the reception (sorry we didn’t catch your name) — she was amazing and very accommodating. • We booked a room for 5 pax, which was a joint room with a shared bathroom. The facilities were very complete — kettle, hair dryer, towels, and more. The bed and linen were nice, clean, and comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and my parents really enjoyed it. • There’s also a pool for guests to enjoy, and the property’s Santorini-inspired design is absolutely charming. Overall: A great place to stay in Ipoh — clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and with fantastic service. Highly recommended!"
