“I spoke to front desk clerk Alex n the room he assigned us was perfect. We were on the ground floor, by request, as we were in town for a wedding n we had a LOT of luggage n “stuff”!! Our room ws excellent. It ws sold out yet very accommodating. Alex was Awesome n so full of customer service. Laura?? Checked us in n was very nice, friendly n answered all of our qxs. We arrived in time for free beer-who can beat that for check in!!!! Would highly recommend n will def stay again!”

“I arrived and reluctantly stayed, even though the room was in need of a cleaning. I found a bar of soap and soap wrapper in the shower. I'm not sure the shower had been cleaned as there was hair in it. I stayed 2 nights and did not step in shower. There was a towel on the shower...not sure it was washed. Cobwebs were plentiful in the bathroom. I would have left, but it was my only option for my stay in Faulkton. I am not a neat freak, but this was absolutely not acceptable.”
