"Excellent Service "

"The hotel was about a 20 minute walk from City Center, however if you use the bus system they stop right by the hotel. We booked the family room, which was big and spacious. The beds were super comfortable. Only complaint, our room was in the lower level and the hallways and room had a musty/old smell and the carpet appeared old and dirty. The bathroom was big, shower was awesome, but no fan to remove the moisture and steam, so it was always wet and humid after showers. The staff was very...

"Wonderful location , lots of steps to the rooms as advertised. Rooms are small , spotlessly clean . We were top floor and the shower pressure was very poor . Breakfast was 100% , great staff . Would definitely stay again for weekend trip ."

"This hotel is located in the perfect location for walking around either shopping or sight seeing in Dublin. The room was a nice size, the beds were comfortable and we had a lovely large bathroom. There was a lovely continental breakfast offered and there was tea and coffee offered in your room. It was perfect for our night away in Dublin."

"Stayed here for the first time last year and cannot express how wonderful it is. Booked in for almost a week this April and again…the staff, fantastic, especially Bethan, who was my breakfast waitress each morning, a lovely person, exuded compassion and kindness. Food was excellent, service second to none. Emma at the from desk was fab. Lorna, I missed this year as she is traveling. Rooms are so luxurious and the shower…powerful! A must when you’re from NY, we are spoilt with our water...

"Absolutely incredible place to stay. I worked closely with management, primarily Scott to plan the most incredible proposal. I could not speak more highly of how incredibly friendly all the staff were during our stay. The attention to detail was something I had never really experienced before. Now I am engaged and it could have not gone better. Huge shout out to everyone but primarily Scott. Would not hesitate to coming back and staying again."
