- Welcome to your cozy Sunset Bay getaway! Just steps away from the beach, this charming home offers the perfect mix of convenience and comfort.
This family-friendly, 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage, just over 200 feet from Sunset Bay Beach and Cabana Sam’s, is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy adventures on the waters of Lake Erie.
Enjoy the convenience of private parking, short walk to restaurants, and evenings spent around your own private fire pit.

Location is FANTASTIC!!! Steps away from the beach and the restaurant and bar. The inside of the cottage was clean and cute. Beds and furniture comfy . Well stocked kitchen and bedding. Bathroom clean. The only criticism we had as of the upkeep and cleanliness outside. The front porch was in need of cleaning and repainting. The propane grill was broken and dirty, although there was a perfectly nice charcoal grill for our use. There was cut down branches left in the driveway making it difficult to navigate around trucks. And there was absolutely no privacy in the back area where the forefronts. Sitting there, you are right up against the neighboring cottages back steeps and driveway. So much so that the neighbor behind us mistook the fire pit as theirs and used it..Owner very nice and responsive to any questions or issuesBut all that aside, the location is FANTASTIC!!
