"This hotel has rooms bigger than most typical Japanese hotels. The bed is comfortable, spacious bathroom and small kitchenette. There was car parking available and facilities are clean all around. It’s within walking distance of the hells juku and convenience stores and restaurants too. The only problem is the onsen was nonoperational when we stayed."

"Expedia and their site says they have free airport shuttle...they do not. Someone needs to update now. Carpets were worn out in the halls. The service and friendlyness of the staff is what makes this hotel worth staying at. Also room was huge. "

"Really beautiful hotel with very large rooms - the biggest I've experienced in Japan. Delicious traditional breakfast. About 12 mins walking distance to the peace park and museum, and 5 mins walk from bus stops. I had a jacuzzi bath in my room."
