Stayed at this hotel for one night on a visiting Ise Shrine. The cleanliness of both the rooms and facilities was commendable, and the hotel was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. One minor suggestion would be the provision of additional bottled water in the rooms, or clear information regarding the drinkability of tap water. The public bath facility, although not an onsen, offered a large bath that was quite relaxing. We did not have the opportunity to try the food at the hotel’s restaurant. The staff demonstrated excellent communication skills and appeared well-trained, which enhanced our stay. It would have been beneficial to know in advance about the availability of taxi discount tickets the hotel provides. Additionally, while there are several dining options around the hotel, many restaurants are popular and require reservations well in advance. This is not a shortcoming of the hotel itself but something guests might want to consider when planning their stay. I will come back and stay again if I have a chance.

The only downside was that it can get a bit noisy, but it is right next to a train station so that can’t be helped. Staff was helpful, the amenities were great for the price, and there are some good restaurants nearby. If you want to jump on the train it’s right across the block. Very good stay for the price.

Overall it was a great hotel and I was able to have a quite relaxing stay there. Only thing was there was no shower cap available at the Amenities station, so I asked to the front desk because I knew they had it behind their counter since I saw they were giving it to the other customers when I was checking in. But when I asked, the different lady at the front desk reacted quite negatively and tried to tell me a lie. After I told her what I saw, she gave me one but not nicely. It is just one shower cap, no big deal. I don’t understand why she treated me like that, but at the end of a day, I got what I wanted and other stuff was all very pleasant and polite. Room was clean and bed was super comfy. Breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the big bath. Location was convenient. I would probably stay again.

This hotel was in the perfect spot to visit Ise Jingu and it was very busy over Christmas, but we expected that. The hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel being next to the station made it easy to be out and about for sightseeing.

Ideal Overnight Stay with Easy Access
My first impression of the hotel was excellent, with the warm welcome and excellent service I received upon arriving at the hotel to drop off my luggage before doing some sightseeing. This level of service however was not matched by other members of staff, who missed the mark somewhat on providing sufficient information and advice when asked. That said, the location was ideal for my needs, having planned a few trips in and around the town of Ise.

Very smooth check-in and had a pleasant stay. I wish they had more non-smoking rooms --- it is extremely difficult to book a non-smoking twin room at this hotel, and I always have to book two single rooms when I travel with a friend.

New and clean. Public bath is a plus. Breakfast was ok, not super but not bad neither. Limited onsite paid parking spots, but the reception has a map to show a number of parking lots nearby (few mins walking so not too bad).

The location right next to the train station was perfect especially if you have a bit of luggage. The hotel is modern, comfortable and perfect for a night or two stay. The breakfast was nice with a good selection of local and western cuisine. The room was clean, modern with an executive decor typical of a Japanese business hotel.

Boutique Business Hotel.
The hotel is located in close proximity to the train station so it is very convenient if travel by train. However, parking is difficult due to limited car parking spaces on-site & nearby parking lot. Alternative parking lots are far (across the railway lines) & difficult to find at night. Suggest the hotel to print driving directions on a paper shall guests encounter difficulty parking on-site. The description of “Self Parking” in hotels.com is very misleading as we thought it was the mechanical automatic parking tower like a ferris wheel.

Other than the convenience of its proximity to the railway station there is nothing else to report. The rooms are small but correct and clean. For anyone who is on a pilgrimage to the Ise shrines it is a very acceptable choice. The bus station is right next door, this is extremely convenient. Iseshi is a small town and its only attraction are the nearby shrines, do not nurture high expectations other than the pilgrimage to the Ise shrines out of faith or pure cultural interest.

Across from JR station, close to Geku
Awesome location across from train station. Perfect place for Ise Jingu visit. Selection of toiletries and extra pillow in lobby is nice, although I had no idea how to choose a pillow. Breakfast was excellent. Both breakfast and my room had train view which is something I love. Yet the area is very quiet; I got very good sleep.

Across the street from Ise station, 10 minute walk to Outer Shrine. Small but clean and well-appointed room, with fridge, tea kettle, tv, temp controls. Twin bed was a bit too firm for me, but adult daughter was fine with it. Pillow bar in lobby, select your preferred firmness! Also amenities bar with razors,toothbrushes,etc. Public bath which daughter enjoyed. We opted for breakfast buffet, which was inexpensive and had a nice variety of both Western and Japanese breakfast items. Staff very friendly and helpful, held our bags when we arrived early and also stayed late in town after checkout.

Fantastic staff!
Very modern hotel with fantastic staff! Room was larger than I'm used to and it was very modern and stylish. They have a spa, too! I was very impressed with my stay here and would highly recommend it if you are overnighting in Iseshi!

Across the street from a transit station, making it super convenient to get to from out of town, and then to get around within Ise - particularly if you’re heading to the grand shrine. Walking distance to Geku. Great location.

駅前でロケーションもよく外宮や月読神社なども近く内宮まで向かうバスに乗りやすい。ホテル内は清潔に保たれており、スタッフも事務的ではあるけれど必要最低限のことを粛々と行なっている印象。全体的に過不足なく満足している。電車で二見浦から外宮に回ってチェックインする方が集中するのか夕方はロビーが人で溢れていたので状況に応じてチェックインを先に済ませてもいいのかと感じた。
