"The room was amazing - the food was delicious Nice quiet relaxing atmosphere. The only issue we had was one of our two butlers was not as attentive as the other it took 2 hours for our room service the food was cold and we didn’t get the pizza we ordered and the Cuban had sesame seeds on it and my wife is allergic when we ordered room service again the other butler called me and told me there were sesame seeds on the hamburger bun and wanted to make sure who was eating it. For improvement they could use a night light for the bathroom since there is no wall separation from the bathroom and bedroom and when bathroom is used at night lights up the whole room, other than that it was a great stay"

"Place is amazing! The service here is just great, everyone is very friendly and attentive. The place is well taken care of, workers always doing cleanup and maintenance. The restaurants are all amazing, food is fresh and well made. One of my favorite all inclusive hotels. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a romantic getaway. 10/10"

"From day one that we arrived check-in was quick. Staff was very helpful attentive for everything At the check in marleni At the swim, up bar. George ,enrique, noe At the pink garden paula server. Also another server Isaac at the buffet restaurant Jose All these personnels were very very very attentive to our needs inside and outside It's a very pleasant place to say and not go anywhere. You have it all-in-one place We knew was one of our best pleasants to stay. Thank you"

"The hotel is more intimate than the others. Perfect place to reconnect with your significant other, the atmosphere was quiet, not much activity to do. The sportbar was great Sergio and Evan was great. Every staff recommended their favorite food. No, shame at all. The Agave was excellent, the food was on point, the cocktails was amazing. The olas was good as well. I love the ceviche. The bartender JuanCarlos was enthusiastic, his special drink 9-1-1 is a must to try. The hotel is so beautiful, very modern, the swim up room perfect is every way."

"Great location. Close to the beach and bars. Also the restaurants were right on the beach. Hotel was beautiful and the pool area was excellent.. walking distance to all souvenir shops .. everything was easy access.. you can literally get whatever you want right there at the resort 😏..Great place to stay!!"
