"My stay at this Hilton hotel was exceptional from beginning to end. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, and every area was clean and inviting. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. What truly made this stay stand out was the outstanding customer service. Every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making guests feel at home. "As always when in Cartagena we stay here. Can’t express enough about how welcome we feel here. The staff are excellent in all areas. Come here every two months. Like home because of the people. Close to everything I need with transportation at the front door. You can stay anywhere but staying at a place like this is different. Give it a try you’ll be glad you did."
