We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our daughters. The room was spacious, had a beautiful ocean view, a great kitchen, and everything was very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but the staff resolved it quickly and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the location in Islamorada was perfect. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again the next time we visit the Keys. Highly recommended!

The location was great. Walkable to places. It was overall quiet and the small beach area was nice. The pool could have been cleaner and having to get towels from the front desk was not convenient. Also having no bathroom by the pool was also not convenient. Overall, it was nice and I would stay there again, mostly for the location.

Wanted to stay at this property for a few years and finally booked for a quick weekend trip. If we would have had a boat to make use of the ramp and marina, that’s the best use of the property. Property has potential. Room: The bath towels smelled musty and there weren’t blankets or heavy covers for the beds. We had two flat sheets that’s it. AC worked well and fridge kept cold and even refroze my ice packs for the cooler. Shower pressure was good, water temp had enough hot water for three girls to shower and wash our hair. If you can make use of the marina with a boat, this is your place. We saw a lot of boats for mini season, snapper fishing and out to the sandbar.

Good hotel with plenty of parking. Our room was refurbished with really nice furnishings. Sofa bed was uncomfortable with no duvet, only a sheet and one pillow. Pool area and beach area was lovely and there was ample undercover seating area. Only downside is there is no restaurant on site and so you have to go offsite to eat. Bar closes at 8pm. There is a restaurant just up the road, serving excellent food.

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a separate living room and bedroom. The bathroom was also very nice and everything appeared to be well maintained. Unfortunately, my experience changed completely the following morning. Luckily, I had closed the bedroom door before going to sleep. When I opened it in the morning to walk into the living room, there was an absolutely unbearable sewage smell. It was extremely strong, almost as if you were standing right next to an open sewer. I have no idea where the smell was coming from, and honestly, I didn’t even want to investigate. I had to close the bedroom door again while I showered, and afterward I left the room as quickly as possible because the smell was simply unbearable. I don’t know if this was an isolated issue with my particular room or something affecting other rooms as well. It’s unfortunate because otherwise I really liked the hotel. The location, staff, cleanliness, and size of the room were all great, but the sewage odor completely ruined what would have otherwise been a very pleasant stay.
