Breakfast menu is the same daily but covers all the basics and there some, and you can have it between 8 and 10:30 am which is nice. The rooms and a/c are clean, nice and everything works including a keurick coffee machine. The staff is super professional and great to interact with and they went out of their way to bring my autistic son (25 y/o) back to the cottage when he went out (THANK YOU VERY MUCH).

I made my reservation through Expedia, I got an email offering a upgrade to two bedroom suit, I bid and won the upgrade, when I got to the office, they said I was downgraded to a room on the hwy. I showed the staff my emails and they didn't have an answer, the staff was amazing they were able to get me a room in a sister hotel

This stay was perfect for what we needed which was a bed for a night. It offered free breakfast so we could get on our way taking the slow drive to Key West. The rooms needed some maintenance, handles in the bathroom were loose and there was a large seam exposed in the floor across the entire room. We had a reservation for 6 people and there were only 4 towels and no sheets in the room for the pullout on arrival. The staff was aware we were checking in late and assured us they are open 24 hours for check in now. Which is true, so previous reviews saying no late check in that has been addressed, but definitely call ahead. However the person who checked us in came from off property and just happened to pull up a few minutes after we arrived, friendly, but in pajamas. We did not take advantage of the pool or marina but those would be pluses I believe if we were staying longer.

I loved the pool side villa. It was spacious, clean, quiet, and pet friendly. Fantastic spot to catch the sunrise. Quiet and close to restaurants where you can enjoy the sunset as well. I would stay here again.
