“La experiencia en esta propiedad fue muy buena. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, el personal fue amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno estuvo fresco y con buenas opciones, y la alberca se disfrutaba bastante, estaba limpia y bien mantenida. En general, es un lugar agradable para descansar y lo recomendaría.”

Wonderful cook preparing as guests order, so fresh made and not sitting in a warmer and breakfast is served at your table within minutes. “Hotel e receptivo maravilhosos. O Atendimento de toda equipe foi fantástica com destaque para a Andrea e Andrés. Já na recepção de chegada fomos surpreendidos com toalhas refrescantes de drink de flor da Jamaica delicioso. Não havíamos conseguido reserva o restaurante mais disputado da região mas eles com toda dedicação conseguiram uma reserva para nós, isso sem dúvida foi o Wow de uma experiência. O Hotel é lindo, super limpo e muito acolhedor. Até hoje foi o melhor lugar que nos hospedamos.……

“Llegamos en el Chatet a las 9 pm. Llamamos, sonamos la campana pero no había nadie. Calle oscura, quedamos por 30 minutos esperando hasta que consiguimos contactar una persona que nos dijo que la llave estaba en el buzón. No nos comunicaran por el portal e-mail o WhatsApp. Llegamos directo del aeropuerto con hambre pero no habia nada para comprarmos y el aplicativo Rappi no hace entrega en ese barrio. “Chegamos Lá e simplesmente não tinha quarto algum, sorte que eles no arrumaram um quarto no hotel do lado! Porém ate isso se resolver foram 2 horas de espera, não conseguimos jantar devido a demora! Um caos, não recommend esse hotel! ”

“The property has no formal address because it is on an unpaved road. So it is very hard to find up two hills on the unpaved road. The pictures are very misleading and only the bigger rooms are shown. Then there is no free breakfast, but a dirty coffee table where everyone can share the same spoon to take coffee or cocoa out of a shared instant coffee tin and take sugar out of a cork covered jar which is covered with ants as it is on an outside balcony. The room is tiny and there is no hot……

“Hotel simples, mas com quarto bom e bem limpo. Café da manhã com 6 opções de escolha. Ônibus e transporte executivo na frente. Como ele pertence a uma rede de hotéis foi possível usufruir as instalações dos outros que são de categoria superior, sem custo adicional. Fica longe do centro, mas compensa por seu em local um pouco menor barulhento que no no centro da cidade. Funcionários atenciosos.”

Einen besonderen Dank an Rebecca, sie war immer an unserer Seite und hat uns super weitergeholfen. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und komfortabel ausgestattet, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen.
