“It’s a smallish room, but that’s what we were looking for. This has it all! The room has a smallish bathroom off the corner. Toilet, sink, mirror - it’s all you need. Everything worked as it should. Has air conditioning, but we didn’t use it. Has heat, but we didn’t use it. Has 3 nice windows and blinds. Has a good sized flat TV, but again, we didn’t use it. “First, the house is clean, great location, in pretty good shape overall. The host is pretty responsive. Unfortunately, we weren't impressed by the listing vs reality of the space. The upstairs is not accommodating to adults! Felt like the listng could have noted this! There's a reason they don't show pictures of the upstairs bathroom or bedroom. You are unable to stand up in either except at the doorway. Upon arrival 3 outdoor chairs were broken. Light fixtures out. Kitchen table wobbly. We had……

“Great place, comfortable and clean. My father slept in the bedroom and said the bed was pretty comfortable. My husband and I slept on the pull out sofa, it wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped but it was suitable for a night. A curtain on the door would be nice for people who sleep on the pullout sofa, the light coming from the streetlamp across the street is quite bright. ”
