"This property has a big problem that you only realise on arrival. There are 134 narrow and steep steps (around 8 storeys) to climb to bring up your luggage (and groceries during your stay). "A great experience-- asked for a balcony room and the staff delivered, have never had such a large terrace! Room 101 was comfortable but that terrace is something else! It's as large as the dining room underneath, contains 2 lounge chairs and a table for 4. It was such a pleasant place to watch the light change over the lake.
