Even them had hard time to get in touch.
As we could not get in had to go and book another place and they refuse to refund my money.

「Don’t stay at this apartment as it could ruin your experience in Venice. We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights in May 2025 and had the worst experience here.
1. The washing machine was broken when we arrived. We have contacted the host through WhatsApp who promised to fix it the next day. No one ever showed up before we left.
2. The toilet seat was not cleaned as there was dirt on it as we arrived.
3. Broken shower room door. Felt like it has been broken since long ago but no one ever...
