This hotel experience was absolutely incredible! The staff went above and beyond in their kindness, the location is fantastic and within walking distance of alot of cool places, and the rooms are clean and very nice. The staff was honestly so friendly and helpful and it was a joy to get to talk to them a little bit. The rooms were cleaned daily and they took out the trash and changed the towels. Loved the hotel!

Cracking little place - Highly recommended!

Lovely hosts who were more than happy to interact whenever they seen you. Pleasant area, within walking distance to both Sultanhamet and Galata Bridge area. Tram stop approx 6 minute walk away, near the Burnt Column, or down by the Blue Mosque/Hagia Sophia area. Room was clean and had all that we needed - bed, wardrobe, desk, fridge and bathroom. Towels changed daily and room always left nicely. If we ever return to Istanbul we most definately WILL return to this hotel.

the worst

My stay was dreadful because the rooms were very cramped, which didn't match the advertised image. Additionally, the staff was neither friendly nor helpful, and their behavior was quite unpleasant. In summary, I strongly advise against this place and recommend avoiding it

Temizlik: idare eder. Hizmet: personele çok teşekkür ederiz.cok yardımcı oldu. Konaklama: biz iki ayri odada kaldık, ikiside çok küçüktü valizi açacak yer yoktu diyebilirim. Oda kapıları sanki kağıttan, bütün sesler odada yanındaymış gibi geliyor. Beklentiyi küçük tutarsanız konaklayabilirsiniz.
