This is the place to stay if you are looking for a great location for restaurants and local shopping, a comfortable bed, fresh and varied breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff and a huge selection of available, high quality tours. All staff were ready to greet me with a smile and offer any required assistance. Ahmed and Gohken were great, but a special thanks to John for our interesting conversations. Staff was very welcoming and helpful to find places to explore on our trip, room was very clean and comfortable, plenty of food choices around and a couple of small markets. It is a tourist area so prices are a little higher. But if you are willing to walk a bit you can experience the Turkish cuisine at a more affordable price.

While the room could have been in a slightly better state (the bedside table had fallen off the wall, for example), the hotel provided a warm and hospitable welcome - as well as excellent value - for our one night stay. The staff were particularly pleasant, keen to help and very friendly. Breakfast was very good - a wide variety of fresh dishes that were both veggie and gluten-free . Excellent location, just 3-4 minutes from the HavaIst bus stop for the airport.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was so kind and kept our baggage for us when we were too early for check in.
