The hospitality of the staff throughout our visit was outstanding: competent, efficient and friendly. The Michelin star restaurant, Nicole, is worthy of a visit during anyone’s stay. The breakfast is a real treat in Turkish tradition and the head waiter welcomes you each morning with a friendly elegance.

we really enjoyed our stay with Som Tom suites. the staff were all very friendly and helpful, for us, the breakfast staff were excellent, very friendly and thoughtful and so were the reception staff. The location was great for walking access to good shopping and the waterfront and the area was safe for walking day and night. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. It is a small hotel with thoughtful extras like complementary afternoon tea after a busy day which we appreciated.

The hotel was very nice and within walking distance to the tram. The tram allowed you to visit all the popular sites easily. The room was big. There was a person at the main desk 24 hours. The breakfast was incredible.

Loved the people running the hotel, loved the uniqueness of this hotel, its trendy but not over the top. Loved the size and the decor of the rooms. I had booked three rooms for my family and we were treated really well. The breakfast is a treat and the Michelin star Nicole restaurant serves an amazing menu but its slightly expensive. I like walking so did not mind the uphill trek to and from the Tophane Tram stop but those who do not like walking need to think twice !

Great calm oasis in chaotic city! Wonderful breakfast that was abundant with attentive staff! Large comfortable rooms! Would stay here again! Odd that they charge for Nespesso pods at in room machine! And tip… book a driver in advance … we did welcome pickups app and that working well!

Einzigartiges Hotel mit Top Lage für Ausflüge, zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und komfortabel, man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war hervorragend – mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf den Bosporus ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Absolut empfehlenswert!
