The property had a high score on Expedia and I chose to stay there during my long stopover. The room was dirty, there was hair and minor staines in the bed and the floor was sticky. The staff was friendly and they changed my room which was slightly better but nothing like advertised so had to stay because I had no other option but I wouldn’t choose to stay there. Had a hard time sleeping because I wasn’t sure if the bed was cleaned.

This hotel was as good as some of the highest quality hotels that are much more expensive. The room was clean, everything was working well, the staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable. It is close to the airport and far from the tourist attractions in Istanbul, but there is a bus stop right in front of it with buses every 5-10 minutes. It was very convenient and cheap to go to the airport in the morning. I would without a doubt stay there again if I had to stay in Istanbul again.

Nice staff. Clean room, however there was an unreachable window in my room that let the cool outside air into the room and also the traffic noise. This made it difficult to sleep as I couldnt reach the window so my room was cold all night. Breakfast was ok.

- Room 112 smells of bad cigarettes - It has a window 50cm by 50 cm without Light Blocking curtains - You could hear noises from outside - There was a construction in the hotel until 19 pm so I could hear the noise of drilling machine - The smoked alarm was blocked with plastic which would not alarm when there is a smoke - The shower was dirty and the hand washing faucet was broken - I called and asked reception to help me with TV and although two people were sitting there they said that they can not leave the reception. - 60 Euro for this room was too much

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Price We recently stayed in a suite that was advertised as having a kitchen, which was a key reason we chose this hotel. However, the experience was far from satisfactory. To our surprise, the kitchen was completely empty of any basic utensils or tools needed to prepare food. When we asked at the reception for a simple fork and a bowl, we were told it wasn't possible to provide them, despite the hotel having a kitchen. The explanation given was that some customers bring their own cooking tools—a response that left us baffled. After insisting, they reluctantly provided us with a single fork, which was entirely inadequate. Moreover, the room didn't feel particularly clean, adding to our disappointment. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and a clean, well-equipped room. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and we wouldn't recommend it to others.
