“Enjoyed my stay at this great motel. Stayed in one of the cottages with a full kitchen for best part of a week. Very comfortable. It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes. Friendly and very helpful staff. Recommended.”

“This was a two day stay with daily bookings at 4 PM on Expedia because of a fluid situation. Two different rooms. Both clean and functional. The breakfast meets my needs and the coffee is very good.”
