"My first time to stay at OMO. Public bath is the best I ever met. Very good breakfast. Staff are very helpful namely Mr. Suzuki and Miss Pamker Bar on the floor is great. Five stars grading is deserved."

"地點方便，前台接待人員友善熱情，但讓人無法接受的是，我所住的房間在電梯旁，電梯運轉的聲音非常大聲，不論電梯在哪個樓層，只要有在運轉時，從房間都會聽到轟隆轟隆的聲響，整個晚上不斷被電梯運轉聲驚醒。 後來在別間飯店特別注意一下，一般電梯在運轉都不會有這樣的聲響。 因此這樣的電梯，除了會讓人覺得住到電梯旁的房間非常不適，也會擔心是不是系統老舊或是有安全上的疑慮。"

"The onsen was great but it is a self check in hotel and staff assistance is minimal. It is quite far from the kix airport with no shuttle, so I had to take the taxi with a late arrival flight. I would recommend going for option with shuttle if you only look for a one night short stay, unless you are really keen for the onsen. "
