「Lovely hotel in a fab location. Biggest Plus room was beautifully finished. Restaurant food was very good. The biggest asset of this hotel is its staff, super helpful and friendly.」

「The staff were friendly and beds comfortable. Carpet in our room was in poor condition unfortunately being threadbare in parts but otherwise a good stay. Breakfast was pretty good quality just beware that some items on menu are additional cost which are marked.」

「The staff were all polite and helpful, although some seemed a little inexperienced. We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was well presented, but the pork belly was over cooked and the chips were over salted. We also asked for the coffee tray to be cleaned & refreshed. Someone had come in, left a large bag of tea/coffee sachets in the room, but not cleaned the cups & tray - I assume they got distracted & didn't finish the job.」
