"This home was perfectly located in town, making it a short and convenient drive to Sequoia National Park. It's also close to restaurants and a grocery store, which was very handy. The place was exceptionally clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a perfect place for two people. Highly recommend for a cozy and convenient stay!"

"The outside of the house was cute but the inside was a bit out of date and some things were falling apart. There was also no hot water so doing dishes and showering was not that pleasant. When we went to leave the first day, the door handle came off and I had to pop it back on. It was an okay stay, I get the pride is high because it’s in Sequoia but not worth the price in my opinion. "I had a great stay at this property. I checked in and saw the WIFI not working which was hell the first night but the next day Mr. Hal Sousa fixed the issue and stayed in communication throughout. I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for something affordable and close enough to the park (40min). I will stay at this property again for sure when making a trip back to Sequoia National Park. Thank you Mr. Sousa for the great service."

"This was the perfect place for us to stay in order to visit Sequoia National Park. After being out all day, it was nice to come back to this cute cottage and relax in front of the fireplace. We had everything we needed to cook in the well stocked kitchen and the surrounding area was quiet. We enjoyed the local historical museum and restaurants and brewery. I would like to visit again because we couldn't see the whole park due to snow. Thank you Linda and Tom!"

"Property is situated at a very convenient location (within 15 mins drive to the Sequoia national park south entrance and close to shops, restaurants. Cottage is beautiful and well maintained. It has nice outdoor space for kids to play and have fun. You also get a private river beach access which is across the street and it was perfect place for kids to have fun at water and for us relax in the evening. Communication from Mars was prompt and provided all the necessary tips which were useful for...

"Cute property very close to Three Rivers and the park entrance. The kids loved giving the horses treats, checking out the river and meeting the dogs. I would recommend adding a microwave, more kitchen supplies and better bedding and towels."

"When I first drove up, I thought - uh oh. But when I walked in my cabin, it was seriously better than the outside looked. Well appointed, clean, comfortable and roomy. Michelle was very kind - even allowed me to use her wash and dryer. If you're looking for the Ritz, go elsewhere. But if you want a good value, this is it. 15 minutes from the visitors center."
