"A lovely property, very well maintained, appointed and supplied. A huge plus is that the hosts are readily available in case of any questions that arise.We were three old ladies, but this is a perfect house for small families. There is every conceivable game, toy and activity available.Highly recommended."

"Everything was wonderful and we had a lovely time! The only thing we didn’t expect is that the property’s treated well water smells slightly, if we had known we would have stocked up on bottled water to bring along. We will be back, the kids loved it! The big yard was great for exploring and playing soccer, and the inside of the home was impeccably clean and cozy."

"This house was definitely modified to be a rental. We stayed upstairs the whole time. My only real concern was that the home needs a deep cleaning, the floors were sticky, and so were the carpeted bedrooms. When we arrived, there were wet towels in the washer, the dryer was full of clean sheets and the sink to the left of the washer and dryer had dirty towels gathered in the corner ,so it seemed as though the cleaning crew didn’t finish for the day. I will say that the bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean. The access to the beach wasn’t that easy. There are steps that lead you to the retaining wall, but then you have to jump down 4 to 5 feet onto the sand, so if you are not agile, you may not be able to get back over the wall."

"The following did not effect our stay, we are offering this information as support of the host and the VRBO team.We thought the home could have had more attention to detail as far as appearance goes. Several of the light fixtures had cobwebs.Most of the lampshades were crooked and when we attempted to fix them we discovered something wasn't right about the lamp itself. In consistency in light bulb type... some warm so cold in the same room. The front porch and the garage needed to be swept. We went ahead and did this so we weren't tracking in dead leaves and dirt.The windows were quite noticeably dirty. The deck chairs and deck were not swept or cleaned.It may be time to replace some of the white towels, they are showing their use.As for standard cleanliness, we had no issues at all. Everything did look fresh and cleaned when we arrived. The place just needs to be "spring cleaned" you might say.We all had a restful weekend and the location is excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our time.Thank you,"
