“From the first day to the last day, everything was top notch. The room always clean. Staff was very attentive, Very polite and treated you amazing. Every request was met. The restaurants were all great and food was exquisite. Definitely a five star resort ”

“Our favorite resort to date and we are fairly seasoned travellers. Food was fantastic! Rooms are incredible. Staff are friendly and helpful though most don't speak great English. Tons of activities to do. Infinity pool was lovely. Use of restaurants and activities at neighboring pool was a great bonus! The only negative would be the lack of beach and fear of crocodiles in the water! But we would highly recommend this property to all and plan to be back!”

“Great view from room. Lunch at beach was good. Breakfast was ok. Not a fan of dinner food. Staff was awesome. Pool and beach great. Not really much in way of activities staff at pool. I really liked the place, but just know to plan on eating dinner out for me anyway.”

“Fui con mi familia para festejar el cumpleaños de mi hijo. Es un excelente lugar para descansar y vacacionar. La comida es riquísima, pero en bebidas deja mucho que desear el servicio del bar. Sí, fue en estancia estandar, no en Premium Level, pero he visitado lugares con mucho mejor servicio y con costos más bajos. Sin embargo, las instalaciones están bastante completas, el personal es muy amable y todos te reciben con una sonrisa (salvo uno que otro que no lo hace).

“I’m not sure how it normally is but there was a shore break here that was so loud that we couldn’t even sleep. The ocean was so strong that it pulled the lounges almost into the water. One of the focuses here was drinking as it was all inclusive. As you can imagine people were doing stupid things under the influence.
The resort was run down.
The a/c was old, very loud and ineffective.
I expected more from hotels with the IHG name on it.”

“Older place with lots of charisma and Mexican charm. Good 3 star food options.No entertainment. Rooms are quiet below 17th floor but 18 and above affected by noise from lobby area. Easy walk to Ixtapa town site. ”
