The man sitting at the front desk is nice and willing to help. Only one thing bothered us. On the day of arrival, we check with the front disk. 「Sarajevo hält was es verspricht. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, direkt an der Lateinerbrücke und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Der Bus vom Flughafen in die Innenstadt hält auch direkt an der Lateinerbrücke (Tram 3 Richtung Baščaršija) und zurück auf der anderen Seite, direkt neben der City Hall an einem kleinen Kiosk. 「Başka bir hotel rezervasyonumuzu iptal ettiği için aynı günün sabahı buraya rezervasyon yaptık ve hiç sorun yapamadık. Odalar gayet temizdi, banyo biraz eskiydi, konum olarak her yere çok yakın ve gece geç saatte bile gelsek güvende hissettik. Resepsiyondaki görevliler ingilizce biliyordu ve anlaşması kolaydı. 」

「Jag är väldigt allergisk mot kvalster och damm så brukar ofta känna av det på de flesta hotellen speciellt på mindre hotell. Jag hade inte det minsta problemet med detta hotellet. Så fort jag kom genom dörren kände jag hur rent det var. Tror inte jag nös en enda gång faktiskt. Ägaren Eldin tar jag hatten av. Grymt kundmottagande.
