The architecture was beautiful and sophisticated - Very Japanese and very clean. The rooms were the best we experienced in Japan. The food was impeccable. The Onsen was gorgeous. The service beyond five star. Yes go and experience this hotel it is truly amazing!
The resort is beautiful but the staff was not flexible or willing to provide regular services. Every thing we requested was not possible for them to provide.
An amazing resort. Everything was perfect from the spotless and gorgeous room, the private onsen in our room, the property and spectacular food. The service was world class and the staff were attentive to our every whim. My wife and I are hard to please and are prioritizing a trip back to Tofuya. Absolutely a must stay if you are in the area.
Amazing Japanese experience. The accommodation, the gastronomic restaurant and the Onsen are exceptional. We felt extremely welcome even though we were the only non Japanese guests. Don t miss out on the bakery goodies that you can enjoy with your feet in the hot spring water.
