"Been to this hotel multiple times at this point, even before it was the Leonardo Royal, and it's always worth it for the spa alone. On the whole I always like staying here, and it has a great location for not being in central London. However... check-in was insane. Checked in online, which means nothing - queue was out the door and an American guy was losing his mind as he too had already checked in online, yet still had to queue for 30 mins. And then... my wife and I were put in a DISABLED ROOM. For what reason, I don't know. We were only staying for two nights, so didn't bother complaining, but I do feel like things have maybe fallen apart a little here. On top of that, as nice is the spa is, it was rammed - guessing this poace is now being advertised to big groups (like hen and stag do's) which sucks a bit. "

"Stayed for one night and had a perfect stay. The bed was big and super comfortable, and the room itself was really spacious. The location couldn’t have been better — right next to Aldgate station, which made getting around so easy (I had a private dinner at a restaurant in Fenchurch street which was a 5 min walk from the hotel). The bathroom was also impressively large and had a ring-light mirror that was perfect for selfies! I’d definitely stay here again."

"I had a wonderful stay at Tower Suites by Blue Orchid. The location is perfect, with stunning views of Tower Bridge and easy access to everything. The suite was spacious, modern, and spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A truly comfortable and luxurious experience — I would definitely stay again!"

"The location was perfect. It's on top of an Underground station, across from the Tower and Tower Bridge, near shops and pubs. The hotel was great, and we enjoyed the breakfast. While we were there, they had a tech issue that blocked the elevators and the controls in the room, but it was resolved pretty quickly. We'd absolutely stay there again."

"Hotel is in a good area with shops and food options near by, also close to underground and bus stopps to the city and sights in London. It's good value for many. "
