“Upon check-in, the lady at the front desk was dealing with another gentleman you said he had to go get his glasses to sign the paperwork. He went outside for like 25 minutes and I waited on the couch no welcoming no hello I wasn’t even really sure what was going on. He came back his paperwork and still just sat there waiting like I was just trying to look pretty. I went up to the desk and was like can I check in?”

“I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms……

“We stayed here because it was in downtown Ashland, which was convenient for our planned activities. Our room, while on the top floor and with a nice view, was not as clean as expected. There was popcorn clearly visible on the floor near the sofa from a previous guest; there were visible stains on the carpet; there were coffee(?) stains on the night stand surface; the only glass in the bathroom was smudged and obviously not washed. The coffee maker and the provided "pods" were not compatible so……

“Good clean room. Very basic. No amenities but good value for someone traveling alone that just needs a place to sleep. Good location about 8 minutes from downtown.”
