「The property was clean, beautiful, and close to shops and restaurants. We loved sitting on our balcony and front deck area overlooking the river. Staff were friendly. We arrived at 3:30pm but were told check-in was at 4pm even though their website says 3. It was 4:15 when we were allowed to get in our room. That was a little annoying. They need to update the check-in time on their website. There was also no decaf coffee either morning. We told the staff but no reason given. My sister had to go...

「This was a great location on our way through Maggie Valley. The outdoor area and live band on a Saturday night was a perfect way for us to end our day. The staff in the location was great. Would definitely stay again.」

「The location is close to Main Street with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and accomidating. The grounds were well maintained and landscaped beautifully. Our only issue was there seemed to be a lot of mold on the shower walls. The bathroom always smelled moldy. We were in room 212.」

「Tired property. Room had a very musty smell. They did have an air purifier and dehumidifier in the room but the musty odor hit you the minute you entered. Mattress seemed old and was uncomfortable. On the plus side the room included a small fridge and in room coffee. The property had a nice restaurant on-site.」

「The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.」
