Our host, April, was absolutely amazing! From the moment we booked, she was quick to respond, kind, and very attentive. She made sure we were comfortable and went out of her way to take care of anything we needed. The house was perfect — clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, which made cooking and relaxing feel just like home. The location couldn’t have been better, just minutes from the airport and close to everything we wanted to do.She was so sweet and thoughtful — you can tell she really cares about her guests. This was our third stay in this house in Jacksonville. Such a welcoming hostess and we find her house to be so comfortable and accommodating. Twice I’ve stayed with just my mom and my sister - once with a family group of 8 for a wedding and all three times we had such wonderful stays. The neighborhood is well kept up and safe and the neighbors we’ve encountered as we’ve taken walks are very friendly. This time we cooked and ate in for almost the whole 5 day stay and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Washer and dryer worked great, we have access to the garage and kept our car in there. TVs in every room. We would highly recommend this rental.

We came down for our daughter’s graduation for 4 days.The neighborhood was nice and quiet.Everything was neat and tidy!The only complaint was there weren’t any plates so when we had cookout we had to go and buy paper plates.Otherwise everything was excellent.

April’s home was quite relaxing and lovely. It looks exactly as in the photos. It is very well taken care of and the view of the wooded area behind the home is lovely. Many little extras were available and April was very responsive to any questions asked.

Beautiful house with everything we needed to make our trip a great one. Very convenient to the airport. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Neighborhood is very nice and for the most part, pretty quiet. Had an issue with the dog barking next door, but contacted the host and it was taken care of. Definitely would stay here again.

My sister and I took our 95 year old mother away for a few days. April’s home was so bright and comfortable. We spent almost all of our time there playing cards and games. I cooked most of our meals there and it was just an overall great home away from home. We already booked again for my nephew’s wedding in July. Thank you April!

Superb Accommodations

Picture perfect escape with everything we needed to feel at home. The property is pristine with a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea and snacks; and bathrooms with toiletries if you forgot something. Less than a mile from the interstate, which was the perfect location for our day trips to Amelia Island, Downtown and Shopping Centers. We really enjoyed our stay, and are planning our next visit!
