Cozy place and has everything you need. It is a bit tight in the kitchen, but has everything needed. Great pool and very short walk to the beach.

Good location and stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location to the beach and other areas we were visiting (st augustine and ponte vedra) were convenient. We especially liked seeing black rock beach. The unit had obviously been cleaned, kitchen, bathrooms/bedrooms and sheets were all clean, but it was apparent the owners have a dog based on odor and hair in the living room.

Really Nice

Place was great. Only two small quibbles. There was a problem with very tiny ants in the kitchen and the fact that the bedside clock in th master bedroom only displayed the time.
