My family and I had never been to Amelia Island and booked this condo and it was exactly what we had hoped for. It is very well updated and perfect for families. The condo was clean and spacious and right on the beach, so we could easily walk out the sliding glass door and head down vs having a far walk. We enjoyed the location, as it is still close to the downtown area, but far enough away to not be right in the middle of everything. Will absolutely book here again for our next Amelia Island getaway

We had a wonderful time in Amelia Island. The Plantation is a beautiful setting, and this condo is Sea Dunes is beautiful! It was the perfect place for our family of 4! Everything in it is very nice and the accessibility to the beach is amazing! I hope to be back next year!

This condo was perfect for our family! Nicely decorated, with very comfortable beds, steps to the beach and pool and bonus points for having a magnifying makeup mirror!!! All the extras that you'll need for a relaxing beach vacation - chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and beach towels. We had a blast and hope to return sometime in the future.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The property is adorable and comfortable. We enjoyed the puzzles and the fully stocked kitchen. The location is perfect for enjoying the pool and the beach. Wonderful rental. Close to beach and pool. As mentioned in other comments, many other things at the place for use (Bluetooth speakers, kids games, etc). Very appreciative to rental office for quick response to help with minor problem. Overall, excellent and would stay again.

This is the Perfect condo! It is just a few steps to the beach! The condo is updated and has so many extra little touches that you wont find in other rentals. If you have a dog, it doesn't get more convenient than this! This was our second time staying here and we will be back!

This was our first time on Amelia Island. What a gem. The condo is located on the south end of the island, the prettiest in our opinion. It's on the first floor so easy in/out if you have a dog. The pics are accurate, condo was clean and comfortable with modern amenities. Nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay.
