Beach Bound!

Our family had an excellent experience at this Jacksonville Beach VRBO This home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood with beach accessible parking. Clean & Comfortable environment, sleeping quarters. Backyard Bonus area- private, cozy seating, fire pit. Close by to all necessities. Highly recommended!!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had an incredible stay at Sea Salt! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway — beach chairs, towels, a cart, cooler, and even bikes to get around. We didn’t have a car, but the beach cruisers made it easy to reach great bars, restaurants, and shops within 10 minutes, and the grocery store was just a short walk away. The beach itself was beautiful and super easy to access, and we loved having a peaceful backyard to relax in after a day in the sun. The house was perfect for the two of us, but definitely had room for more if needed. The hosts were extremely responsive and made everything smooth and stress-free. We can’t recommend this place enough — if you’re visiting Jacksonville Beach, this is where you want to stay!

Family Golf Trip

We loved the cottage, it was perfect for our family trip. Kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. Was nice to have washer/dryer available. The yard and deck were awesome, especially for our 3 year old to get out and run around.Location couldn't have been better. Short drive to where we planned to play golf, good restaurants and going to ride the ferry. Across the street from the beach too! We, also, found a really cool park/playgound right down the road, our son had a blast.If we're every in Jacksonville again, we will definitely stay here!

I loved the location it was perfect for me! The outdoor space was awesome( however the gate door and lock need to be repaired. The only other suggestion is the plumbing for the downstairs bath needs work. Everything in general was so easy, comfortable and the location, the bikes and the beach equipment available...made my stay just perfect!

Another Jacksonville Beach Visit

We returned to Sea Salt in Jacksonville Beach for another long weekend, and loved our stay! Sea Salt had everything we could need, the weather was beautiful, we enjoyed walking to local spots (Sago, Delicomb, Mellow Mushroom to name a few) and had a perfect beach day on Saturday!

Great little house!

I planned a last minute trip to FL and found this cute little house! Convenient to everything and super close to the beach! House was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. We also brought our 2 Frenchies and they loved that little yard! Owners were very responsive. Highly recommend this house for anyone needing a place to stay near the beach!

So cozy!

I am very thankful for this cozy home while we were at Mayo for three weeks. It was lovely being so close to the beach, the side yard was PERFECT for my small dog, and it felt like home. I hope to stay again! (On a side note, the beds sleep better than most B&B’s I have stayed at in the past!)

Wonderful Stay and Hosts

Thanks for such a great stay! We had a great time here. Location was key for us on this stay. This place had it. We were able to walk to the beach in 3 mins. Had a great outside shower that you could jump in to get the sand off of you before going into a well done home. We will stay here again!

Highly recommend

We had a pleasant stay. The property was perfect for our family of four and our small dog. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and had no undesired surprises - everything was as advertised. Great style and use of the space, walkable to lots of businesses and the beach, but still on a quiet street. We would definitely stay there again.

Okay Stay

My husband and I stayed ten nights while going to the Mayo Clinic. It was easy to get back and forth to Mayo, and it was nice to be close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. It was a quiet neighborhood. It was a comfortable place to stay, and we enjoyed the side yard. Cons: The kitchen was not fully stocked. The cookware was rusty and unusable. The bathroom upstairs is small.

The house was great and was close to anything you need. It was fairly kid friendly and the check in/out process was simple. it just needed and quick landscaping job and it would have been perfect.

Clean, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked with towels and cookware. Not really cozy, but certainly comfortable. The biggest issue was crossing the A1A four lane road to get to the beach and the best ice cream shop in town. It was a nice place for a family of 4.

Perfect short stay

My friends and I had a great time at this property! It is also in a great location! We definitely looked last minute for a place to stay for NYE, but I’d say this place was very easy to book and was exactly like the photos on the ad. The only thing that threw me off was that the street that you pull down to access the house is being remodeled so the street looks sketchy, but that isn’t the owners fault, it just got the rental a bit dirty and a hassle to clean up before leaving. Overall for location, price, and the stay it was 5 stars in my book!
