Kickback and relax inside your own fully renovated studio apartment, which is located within a luxurious historic building right in the heart of Riverside.

This bright, handsome, fully renovated studio was designed with a long-term stay in mind. You will find everything you need as though you were in your own home. A fully stocked kitchen and bath, with ample storage under the bed and closet. TV swivels allow comfortable viewing from the bed, high-back arm chair, or desk. There is also a foldable table to eat or work in the armchair if you so desire. This is your home away from home.

Each guest may feel free to relax on the front porch and in the backyard. The backyard is accessed down the driveway and guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit. There is also a laundry room which is located near the front door if needed.

We are not on-site, but are available anytime to communicate or help with anything.

Upscale Riverside is home to the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens, with works by the likes of Norman Rockwell and Winslow Homer. On Saturdays, the Riverside Arts Market offers local art and live music, plus food trucks. Trendy eateries and gastropubs mix with cool bars and specialty coffee shops, while vintage boutiques cluster in the eclectic Five Points district. On the waterfront, Memorial Park has tree-lined paths.
