  • Welcome to Surf Luxe, a chic coastal getaway just a short walk from the sand and minutes from all the best dining, shopping, and entertainment in Jacksonville Beach. Whether you're planning a weekend escape or a longer stay, this home combines modern style with comfort and fun for the whole group.

    Inside, you'll find 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, each with unique, bold design. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas are perfect for gathering, with plenty of space to cook, share meals, and relax together. Enjoy movie nights in the stylish living room, or sip coffee at the large kitchen island before heading out for a day by the beach.

    Step outside to your private backyard oasis, featuring a heated saltwater pool, al fresco dining areas, and a gas grill with propane provided.     🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.

    • Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone
    • For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted

    💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a daily heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare).

    📝 Cancellation Details: In the event of a cancellation, a 3% processing fee will be applied to cover credit card transaction costs

This place was absolutely amazing! The location was incredibly convenient—everything we wanted to see and do was just a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay! If you’re looking for a luxurious place with fun beach vibes Surf Lux is it! Every detail has been thought through to make guests feel relaxed and comfortable. We had an amazing stay at Surf Luxe! We were so comfortable there, we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We loved being able to walk to the beach, and the neighborhood is great. Communication was excellent, immediately responsive, and they even helped me find where I can buy a couch like the one in the house. :) We live locally, but will definitely be back to stay at Surf Luxe!

Family Vacation

We loved our stay! The property was very clean, convenient to the beach and things to do. The backyard is extremely nice and where we spent the most of our time. The house was also equipped with most anything you would need. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow! This home far exceeded our expectations ! Beautifully and uniquely furnished and so very comfortable for our stay. The home is fully stocked with everything you might need. The location is perfect - close to our kids, restaurants, shopping. And the backyard was top notch. I’m only sad that it rained several of the days we were there and we couldn’t enjoy it more!

Great location and property

Great stay at this property. The outdoor area was very large, the heated pool the perfect temperature, and the kitchen size great for a group. Mike was very communicative and Jacob was amazing, ensuring we had what we needed and giving us recommendations on restaurants in the area. Definitely recommend this property!

Amazing Place

This is the second time staying in this house and we love it! It is perfect for families with kids. It was a huge benefit to have the gate put up around the pool so the small kids can go out with less worry. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. Great beach chairs and wagon available too! They had a mist system that sprayed for mosquitoes and that made a huge difference in the back yard!

The Players

20th Wedding Anniversary vacay!!

This house exceeded our expectations! It was so clean and the attention to detail was impeccable. Fantastic Property

Very nice property. House has everything that you need. Great kitchen. Pool and back porch are a perfect place to spend the days. Quick, easy walk to the beach if you want a change of scenery. Note that all of the beds have plush, luxury mattresses. If you don't like or can't sleep on a soft bed, then you may not like these. This is the 2nd Jacksonville property managed by Mike that we have rented, and I have no hesitation recommending either of them.

Great, modern updated house with pool close to beach

This is a great house with spacious interior and open concept with a private backyard and pool. House was clean and pleasant to stay in. Very close to the beach in Jax and centrally located to everything you'll need. The street is quiet and safe. You'll spend all your time in the kicthen which is wonderful or outside on the pool deck. The beach chairs are a nice touch. The beds are extra extra soft memory foam, so it you prefer something firmer - you may be uncomfortable. The living room furniture is not very comfy either and there is no place to lay down to watch TV. Would suggest that the owners purchase a bigger sectional sofa and recliner so that there is a comfortable place to sit/lay down in the living room. We would rent this house again as it worked well for our family!

The perfect house to enjoy our family get together!

This house had everything we could have needed for our family reunion. The heated pool out back surrounded by lush vegetation made it feel other worldly. We had the perfect yard and patio set up where we put up a projector and enjoyed family photos on the big screen at night with really cool outdoor lighting in and out of the heated pool. Inside we had all the space we could have ever needed in which our family could host a dinner in the kitchen and living room at the same time while enjoying the game on tv. 5 blocks to the beach was a piece of cake walk with our beach equipment that the house also offered up for us to use. We enjoyed every minute of our weekend here and will recommend Welcome Home Rentals to all of our friends in the future!
