The stay was excellent and the host was very cordial. The 3-bedroom condo had a dining room table to seat all of us for dinner and enough comfortable for us in the living room. The bathrooms were stocked with lots of towels too. We would definitely go back.

The condo is exactly as pictured, beautiful vistas and spacious rooms. Turtle Dunes is at the end of the Omni property and very quiet yet access to shops and restaurants is easy. I am looking forward to returning !

We had a wonderful stay at Amelia Island and the Turtle Dunes property. Views from the balcony were spectacular! Condo was fully equipped and beautiful. We took a trip to the Jacksonville Zoo which is only 30min away and enjoyed many of the local restaurants!

Overall a very beautiful condo in a great area. Plenty of room for all with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Kitchen with everything we needed to have family dinners. Quite area with really nice walking and biking trails. Condo exactly as pictured! Would come back again.

The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious condo with a huge kitchen, generous living room and dining area, and of course the porch provided A+ comfort. Beautifully appointed plus the expansive views of the Atlantic added to our pleasure. The pool area was thoroughly enjoyed. Amelia Island is our go to vacation spot and this home/condo is our go to place to spend a terrific vacation.

Great Corner Unit

Beautiful Oceanfront Property on Amelia Island

We spent our annual family golf vacation on Amelia Island at this fantastic unit in Turtle Dunes. The 3 bedroom unit on the 4th floor overlooks the ocean and has all of the amenities you need for a short several day stay, The owner is easy to work with and was responsive when needed to answer a quick fix question. We played golf on the excellent courses nearby and always love visiting the tennis center to get in some more vigorous exercise. We will be back!!

The condo is beautiful, clean and well stocked with anything you might need. Rick was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. The view is stunning!! I loved watching the sunrise every morning with coffee on the oceanfront patio. The pool is also beautiful making the hardest decision of our trip- pool or beach? Both are at your front door. Everything was fantastic and we hated to leave! Thank You Rick!
