“Great property right on the beach. Close to shops, sodas, activities. The on site restaurant and tiki bar served delicious food and drinks. We stayed in a two bedroom condo and we had so much room and storage. In suite washer and dryer was a bonus. Beautiful large balcony.”

“The pool was deeper than most pools in the area instead of 3 foot it was between 4 and 5 foot. The rooms were excellent. Called late for gate trouble, I recommend arriving first time in daylight to see how gates open for parking. But they answered right away and assisted us! They were so nice, got an extra blanket delivered the same night as well and they were so nice. There is zero view of the beach but the beach is only 5 minutes walking to be on jaco beach itself. Got a tour company right……

“The only good thing about this property is the location. I had a private room. The room looked good when you first enter and it has AC. However, the wifi did not work in my room, only the common area. When I was about to go to bed, I noticed there were ants crawling all over the two beds! There were ants also in the bathroom. I tired to contact the concierge (which are just people in their 20’s working there) but they clock out at 11pm. ”

“The staff members were all super friendly and the location was great. The room had everything you could possibly need including 2 A/C units, a stove, a dish washer, and a washer/dryer. I even had a HUGE iguana visit the balcony. So cool! I would definitely stay here again. ”

“The rooms were pretty ho-hum in terms of amenities. Dated. Food at the restaurant was hir or miss. Since there are no restaurants that aren't an uber ride away this is kind of a big deal. The beach was absolutely stunning.”

“When we arrived, it was all locked up and dark on a sketchy back alley. A man came to the gate but would not open it or turn any lights on. He called someone and they said my reservation was for the next day. They blamed Expedia for the error. We left and found another hotel. Very unpleasant experience.”
