"This house wasn’t just a rental, it had been some one’s home, and it felt that way. The house was as described. It was comfortable and roomy. We used this as our base to explore Zion and Bryce. At night we enjoyed the hot tub and clear skies with lots of stars. Lindsey was a great host and checked in on us to make sure everything was as we expected and responded quickly to any questions. An added bonus that we really enjoyed, were the friendly cats on the property. They greeted us every morning outside and made it feel even more like home. We would definitely rent again."

"We had a great time. We honestly weren't in the house much because there was so much to do and we were s busy. The house was very nice though. It was clean and spacious. There were 6 of us, myself, my husband and 3 of my kids (2 are adults). Everyone was able to have their own space and everyone was happy with it. Thank you"

"Off-grid is not for everyone but for those of us who love it, this was a gem! It reminded me of cabins when I was a kid in the 80's; everything you need with none of the extras. I brought a very senior dog with me and the trails were heaven for her. We were able to do daily "hikes" that were her speed. My young dog was able to explore and even built the owners their very own stick collection. Kaitlin and her husband have created a unique little paradise with all the essentials."
